Pastor Troy Haagenson
Born in Montana, Troy Haagenson lived in multiple states in the United States before graduating from Southern Adventist University in 2004. He is married with two wonderful kids and has been pastoring for 7 years. He is currently scheduled to graduate from Andrews Seminary in 2012. He has a love for ministry, the outdoors, and learning.

Sylvia Swaby (Head Elder)
Sylvia's husband is Dudley, and they reside in Newtown, Pennsylvania, and are the parents of a grown daughter and son. She serves as the Head Elder, and the Sabbath School Superintendent, is a participant in the Prison Ministry, and serves on other committees, as needed. Having been an educator for many years, she enjoys retirement by helping with two and a half year old twin grandsons, traveling, reading and sharing her religious beliefs and the love of Jesus as opportunities arise.

Vernon Bramble (Elder)
Vernon and his wife, Gloria, presently live in Newtown, PA, and are the parents of two sons. Vernon is an Elder of the Bucks County SDA Church, where he uses his administrative skills to provide assistance to operations of the church. He is a member of the Finance Committee, is actively involved with the Prison Ministry, and also teaches an adult Sabbath School class. As a Certified Financial Planner, he has conducted financial planning workshops for a number of SDA churches. He is committed to helping people effectively manage their finances and become good stewards of God’s resources. Vernon enjoys the church’s basketball and volleyball tournaments, follows auto racing, and plays tennis and ping-pong.

André Clarke (Elder)
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Andre has a unique experience having attended Seventh-day Adventist schools all of his life up to college. The grandson of an Adventist minister, he believes one's life should be about ministry. He is married to Claudine and they have two fine children, Joshua and Hannah. Andre has a strong science background. Currently, he teaches science to 8th graders in a neighboring district. He likes all types of activities: playing board games, volleyball, cycling, hiking, racing go-carts, planning programs, meeting people. His favorite verse in the Bible is Philippians 1:21 "For to me to live is Christ and to die is gain". He wants people to know that Jesus is coming soon.

Ray Vigna (Elder)
Ray has a passion for sharing the Gospel, teaching, and preaching. He loves helping others find their God- given passion for service. Believing strongly in the power of prayer, Ray is always available to counsel and pray with anyone who is in need. He serves as an Elder at Bucks County Church and received his Lay-Pastor certificate this year. Ray is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather and enjoys spending time with his family. He loves to read, study God’s Word, and enjoys Christian music. Ray is a fan of Sci-Fi TV and movies-- Star Trek and Stargate SG-1 are among his favorites.

Joanne Notturno (Elder)
Joanne and her husband Joseph are celebrating their 30th anniversary as members of the Bucks County Church. Joanne is an Elder and is passionate about the community and her church family. She serves in the Sabbath School division, Community Outreach division, and also has served as a leader in a Share Him Seminar. Joanne enjoys both her local family and family in Alaska. She lives by Ephesians 4:32: "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other just as in Christ God forgave you."

Enoch Tyson (Elder)
Enoch is actively involved in the Prison Ministry. He loves to encourage the inmates to accept Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and friend. Along with his wife, Joyce, Enoch loves to visit those in nursing homes and use his gift of music and singing to share the love of Jesus to comfort those who are hurting. Enoch finds his purpose in his passion and talent in music. He loves to praise and worship God and is part of the Bucks County Worship team. I will sing of the mercies of the Lord forever; with my mouth I will make known the faithfulness to all generations. Psalm 89:1

Angela Vigna (Office Secretary)
Angela has served as the church secretary for nearly three years. She is married and has a beautiful teenage daughter. She feels like God has given her the opportunity to serve Him through this position, as she is in contact with people from every walk of life on a regular basis. Angela loves being able to use her creative abilities to further Christ's kingdom.

Elaine Kimmich (Finance Chair)
Elaine lives in Horsham, PA and has been a member of Bucks County Church for many years. She is an attorney by education and a member of the Maryland Bar and has spent several years in trust and estate administration. She is Chairperson of the Finance Committee, a Worship Team Leader and a member of the Church Board. She is the current Chairperson of the Huntingdon Valley Christian Academy Board. HVCA is a pre-K through 10 grade school operated by several area Adventist Churches. She is passionate about providing a variety of worship opportunities—especially services for special holidays—using a variety of styles. She is also passionate about providing the best possible Christian Education for our children. “I know the plans I have for you, plans for good not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jer. 29:11.

Carol Lewis (Sabbath School & Special Programs)
Carol has been a member of the Bucks County Church for many years. She is married to her husband Bob, and mother of two amazing children. Carol loves to organize and plan special community programs that share the powerful love of Jesus. Carol encourages all people to know and experience the love of Jesus through Christian Service and Bible study.
